King William Business Hub, Broadmeadows
A new estate of warehouse units on King William Street, Broadmeadows, photographed on completion in December 2023. The units are precast panel with red brick piers, dark box awnings and black-framed glazing to the street, each with a roller door and a first-floor office. Procarp came in once the precast panels were up and delivered the carpentry and plaster package, the office fit-outs, across the fifty warehouses.
Inside, the warehouses have skylights, sealed floors and a mezzanine office pod with a timber stair and glass balustrade, a kitchenette tucked underneath, and carpeted offices upstairs with a window wall over the street.
