28-30 Freeway Drive, Wallan
Freeway Drive is our own development and the job that shows what we do end to end. Two industrial units on a greenfield block in the Wallan industrial estate, each with a clear-span warehouse below and a glazed corner office above.
We took it from a bare site in August 2024 to handover in July 2025: precast panels craned into place, structural steel and mezzanine, roofing, full framing and lining of the offices, glazing, and the carpentry fit-out inside. The offices are carpeted and lined with ceiling grids and downlights; the warehouses have sealed floors, roller doors and a stair up to the mezzanine.
